  If you consider the size, clientele, and quite and quality of food, I believe the slow service is forgivable.

  This is a small cafe adjoined to Beaver Galleries in Deakin. The food here is great considering it is such a small place. Two of us for lunch and we enjoyed a burger (tasty although a little hard to manage) and pumpkin gnocchi (very good).

  I went there with my son who had pumkin gnocchi which he enjoyed although they weren't as good as he had before.The best ones are home made,especially by his Aunty.I had had spiced avocado and smoked salmon with gaspacho sauce.That was very delicious.The wait was a little long but the coffee came quickly.The dishes were a little more expensive than you would expect for a cafe, but the menu is upper class, I thought.Service was very friendly.Not the place for lunch if you are in a hurry. Coffee and cake might not take so long.

  Was absolutely horrible experience and staff where just rude, food was cold and bland. will be advising my friends to not wast there time!

  Love the Palette Cafe! The food is always amazing and the staff are wonderful! It’s easily the best cafe in Canberra!!

  The service here is a little slow and the two dishes filled an hour considering the time it took to order and the long time for prep and table delivery.
